Geraldine Fraser is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions and organizational strategies across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at pladis Global since July 2023, Geraldine previously held the position of Chief People Officer at FrieslandCampina from August 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading the people and organization strategy as a member of the Executive Board. Prior to this, Geraldine worked at Diageo from October 1998 to June 2014, holding various senior HR roles, including Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific and Global Organisation Development Director. Geraldine Fraser holds a Ph.Ed in Physical Education from the University of Otago and a Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Massey University. Recent professional development was pursued at London Business School in September 2023.
