Jon Flannagan has over 19 years of experience in IT management and technical support. Currently serving as the M365 Engineering Manager at Places for People since October 2008, Jon has previously held positions as a Technical Projects Manager and Technical Support Officer within the same organization. Before joining Places for People, Jon worked as a Network and Systems Administrator at Tetrad Plc from December 2003 to October 2008, where expertise in network and systems management was developed.
