Jessica Hubbard

Philanthropic Services Manager at Placer Community Foundation

Jessica has been with Placer Community Foundation since 2005. Her focus is on personalized donor services, and outreach to professional advisors for the purpose of encouraging charitable giving within their client’s estate plans. She works with the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer to develop the strategic direction for the Foundation’s planned and major giving programs.

Jessica’s management of the Foundation’s giving programs and initiatives support multiple causes in the community. She launched a Giving Circle which supports at-risk youth, and built an Arts Endowment, which led to the Susan Cooley-Gilliom Artist in Residence and Teaching Program. Currently, Jessica’s focus is on the Foundation’s commitment to build its Community Needs Fund—providing permanent resources to improve the lives of all residents.

Before joining Placer Community Foundation Jessica worked in fund development for the Crocker Art Museum and as the orchestra personnel administrator for the San Francisco Symphony. She earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University. In 2015 Jessica was designated as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy or CAP® which provides professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to help clients and donors achieve their highest aspirations for self, family, and society.
