Robert Mele possesses diverse experience in administrative and technical roles. Currently serving as a Service Desk – Tier 1 Technician at Insight Global since August 2021, Robert previously held the role of Divisional Administrator at Place Services, Inc., where responsibilities included leading audits for ADP human resource and payroll applications while streamlining onboarding and recruitment processes. Additional experience includes acting as a Graduate Assistant at Regent University, supporting the Law Department, and serving as a Human Resource Assistant at ETI Technology Pressure Washing, managing payroll and employee scheduling. Early career roles included positions as a Research Intern at EdLogics, Business Consulting Intern at The McDonnell Group, and Warehouse Associate at THE FLAG PLACE, INC. Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Regent University in 2018.
