Paul Turner is a seasoned professional in aerospace and aviation training, currently serving as Contract Manager and Program Manager at PKL Services since October 2014. With extensive experience in the United States Air Force from April 1986 to May 2014, Paul successfully executed a $1.2 million operating budget and managed over 40 personnel on high-value weapon systems upgrades. Notably, Paul has held various leadership roles including Site Manager, Operations Manager, and Instructor Supervisor, overseeing 160 specialized instructors and ensuring quality control for diverse training programs. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, along with multiple certifications in military leadership and logistics management.
