Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and has also taught university courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
