Angel Alameda Bustinza is a founding partner at PKF ATTEST, a leading firm in Spain specializing in auditing, legal, fiscal, IT, debt capital markets, and corporate finance services since 1990. In addition, Angel serves as the country representative for Pandea Global M&A, a network focused on middle-market M&A activities, since April 2015. Prior to these roles, Angel worked as a manager at Arthur Andersen from 1982 to 1990 in the Audit and Finance Consulting Division and spent one year in the Chicago office contributing to audit methodology research and development. Angel holds a degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Deusto, completed in 1982.
