Viktor Vietrov is an accomplished Chief Technical Officer at "UKRSTAL CONSTRUCTION"​ PJSC since July 2006, with a focus on technology oversight and international welding engineering. Prior to this role, Viktor served as Chief Welding Engineer at PJSC "Experimental Mechanical Plant - Metallist" from July 2004 to August 2006, where responsibilities included technology supervision of welding fabrication. Viktor's early career included a position as Chief Welding Engineer at a gasification manufacturing company from July 1999 to August 2004, overseeing welding operations and training for welders. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Welding Technology from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and a C2 certification in Digital Literacy from USAID_DIYA.
