Tawnya Luna has extensive experience in user experience strategy and corporate applications management, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Applications and Sr. Lead User Experience Strategist at PJM Interconnection since 2004. Key projects involve the application of service design methodologies to enhance processes, reduce manual workload significantly, and define long-term product roadmaps using agile methodologies. Tawnya has played a pivotal role in advocating for user needs and establishing PJM’s UX practice. Additionally, Tawnya holds a board member position at BuxMont CHADD and has a background in web design and development, having worked with various organizations since 1999. Tawnya received a Bachelor's Degree in Media & Technology from Villanova University and also studied at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
