Susan Kenney is an experienced professional in market settlements and automation, currently serving as the Manager of Market Settlements Development at PJM Interconnection since October 2006. In earlier roles, Susan managed Markets Automation & Quality Assurance, leading staff in project management and cross-departmental compliance for new market implementations. As a Senior Engineer, key contributions included supporting various energy market initiatives such as the Capacity Market and Residual Zone Pricing. Prior to PJM, Susan worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at GE Equipment Services. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Science from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.
