Jess Crown has accumulated extensive experience in account analysis and security roles, currently serving as an Account Analyst and Security Coordinator at PJM Interconnection since 2015. Prior to this, Jess held the position of Site Manager at PPL Corporation from 2012 to 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Specialist at Telerx from 2006 to 2012 and as a Command Center Operator and Training Officer at Day & Zimmermann Security Services from 2004 to 2006. Jess holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Lehigh Valley College.
