Jennifer Conn is an experienced integration and deployment specialist with a strong background in system development and project coordination. Currently serving as the Lead Integration Specialist at PJM Interconnection since October 2009, Jennifer has also held roles such as Senior Integration Lead - Markets Applications and Environment Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the rollout of systems and acting as a liaison between project teams and the IT department. Prior to PJM, Jennifer worked as a Deployment Coordinator at Project Management Institute, utilizing SDLC methodology, and as a Business Analyst at Merck, focusing on connectivity and application packaging. Additional experience includes software engineering at Wyeth and server administration at Rohm and Haas. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Philosophy from Hartwick College.
