Brad Smith is an accomplished IT Capital Project Portfolio Manager at PJM Interconnection, where tenure spans from September 2006 to the present. Brad holds a PMP certification and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Penn State Great Valley, obtained between 2008 and 2011. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Siemens Enterprise Communications from February 2004 to September 2006, focusing on telecommunications project implementations, and as a PMO Manager at Avaya from 1998 to 2002.
