Phil Morettini has a long and varied work experience in the software and tech industry. Phil has worked as a CEO/President, management consultant, and interim executive for various software and tech companies, focusing on general management, product marketing, product management, business development, sales channel development, and M&A. Phil has also held positions such as a guild member at Platform Venture Studio, moderator and list owner at LinkedIn Software Industry Management Group, and interim CEO at Webspectator Corporation. Phil has served as an advisory board member at Appetia Inc. and as the vice president of sales & marketing at Patriot Scientific Corporation. Phil has also been the president and CEO of Adept Computer Solutions, president of PJM Associates, vice president/division manager at Horizons Technology Inc., and market manager at Spectragraphics Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various domains, including enterprise software, SaaS, networking, consumer software, wireless communications, semiconductors, medical software, engineering software, developer's tools, embedded software & hardware, computer peripherals, IoT, educational software, healthcare IT, and imaging technologies.

Phil Morettini attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. Phil then pursued higher education at the University of Detroit Mercy, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration. Prior to their university studies, Phil Morettini attended Griffin High School.
