Paul Marshall has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Paul started their career in 1988 as Chairman of IFT. In 1997, they took on the role of Consultant at Infact Consulting. Paul then moved to Telstra as a Project Manager in 2001. In 2003, they became a Senior Project Manager at Westpac. In 2004, they were a Consultant at Roberts Weaver Group a Colliers International Company and a Director at PJM Consulting. In 2010, they became a PM at Powercor. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Consulting at PJM Consulting, managing design, fit-outs and relocations, as well as providing process auditing, development and consultancy. Finally, in 2016, they took on the role of Property and Facilities Manager at AustralianSuper.

Paul Marshall attended Marcellin College from 1981 to 1987, where they obtained a VCE. Paul then attended Control Data from 1988 to 1989, studying Computer Science.
