Charlotte Little has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Charlotte began their career as a Student Nurse at Bucks New Uni in 2009 and later joined Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in the same role. In 2012, they worked as a Staff Nurse at St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust. Charlotte then moved on to PJ Care in 2013, where they served as a Lead Nurse and later as a Unit Manager until 2017. Charlotte then joined Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Staff Nurse from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Charlotte is working at PJ Care as a Nurse Assessor and recently took on the role of Head of Referrals and Placements in 2023.
