Lyndsey Muldowney has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with PizzaExpress, where roles have included Optimisation Manager, PACS Manager, and various operational management positions since February 2017. Prior to this, Lyndsey worked as an Area Manager at Domino's DS in 2016 and held the position of Restaurant Manager at PizzaExpress from 2014 to 2016. Experience also includes serving as Training Restaurant General Manager at KFC Ltd from 2011 to 2014. Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Sunderland, completed from 2007 to 2010, and has foundational education from Durham Sixth Form Centre and Blackfyne Community School.
