Tania Nicolas has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Bistro Lead at CulinArt Managed Dining Services since September 2011, where responsibilities include maintaining and managing a café area while providing excellent customer service. Prior to this role, Tania worked as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from February 2006 to May 2011 and served as a Deli Department Manager at Albertsons between September 2001 and February 2006. Tania holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College, earned between 2007 and 2013.
