Kirsty Pearce has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Excellence Manager and previously as Restaurant Manager at PizzaExpress since July 2013. Prior to this, Kirsty held the role of Front Of House Manager at Bistro Prego from June 2012 to July 2013, and worked as a Pastry Chef at The Crown at Whitebrook, a Michelin Star establishment, from December 2011 to June 2012. Earlier experience includes a position as Chef de Partie at Marriott Hotels from April 2010 to December 2011. Educational background includes studies at Royal Forest of Dean from 2006 to 2009 and Dene Magna from 2002 to 2008.
