Chris Holmes is an experienced executive with a strong background in the food and retail industry. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at PizzaExpress, Chris leads the International, Franchise, Delivery, and Retail business. In addition, Chris is the Founder & CEO of SMASHco, an innovative app aimed at promoting healthier, affordable food options, and serves on the Advisory Board of Food For Education, supporting initiatives to feed children in Kenya. Previous roles include Managing Director at ASK Italian, Chief Development Officer at KFC UK & Ireland, and Senior Buying Manager at Boots, among others. Chris holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a first-class degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick.
