Nic Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Manager at Pizza Hut since October 2021, Nic previously held the position of Supply Chain Manager for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Yum! Brands from June 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, Nic was a Procurement Manager at Westpack Contract Packers and the Head of Procurement at African Dynamics Group, where leadership roles included Managing Director at African Dynamics Group Coastal. Nic also gained experience as a Business Manager at Eastern Cape Motors and as an IT Specialist at Kromberg & Schubert. Educational qualifications include a B-Comm Honours degree in Information Systems from Rhodes University, attained between 1998 and 2002.
