Aleksei Shibarshin is a Senior Game Designer at Pixonic, specializing in the development of unannounced projects and internal prototypes since September 2018. Responsibilities include designing meta-game mechanics, monetization strategies, and technical features such as progression systems, matchmaking, and AI for two shooter projects. Previously, Aleksei worked as a Game Designer at Crazy Panda Games from November 2016 to September 2018, contributing to the mobile game "Pirate Tales: Battle for Treasure" throughout its development phases. Aleksei's career in game design began at 2RealLife from February 2010 to April 2012. Aleksei holds a Specialist Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, awarded in 2010.
