Spencer Mogil has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Clerk at J&J Supply. In 2012, they took on the role of Marketing Associate at SquadUP, Inc. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously, as Technical and Claims Assistant at The Mogil Organization and Legislative Intern for Majority Leader Catherine Borgia at the Westchester County Board of Legislators. In 2016, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at 24/7 Realtime Brackets. In the same year, they were also a Campus Brand Ambassador at University Beyond, Inc. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at Synthesio, including Technical Account Manager, Operations Analyst, and Business Development Representative. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Success Lead and Commercial Client Success Manager at Pixlee TurnTo.

Spencer Mogil attended the University of Delaware from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government. Spencer then went on to complete a Full Stack Engineering Certificate Program at Columbia University from 2019 to 2020, focusing on Computer Programming.
