Lisa Gordon has over 20 years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising. Lisa began their career in 2009 as a Regional Sales Manager for Pandora, where they were one of five employees nationally to transition terrestrial and digital to Mobile and Audio platform, generating over $5MM in new revenue to bring the company to IPO. In 2013, they joined MediaMath as a Sales Director, where they managed and developed strategic relationships with leading brands, holding companies, and trading desks with a $5MM+ quota. In 2014, they moved to Tremor Video as a Sales Director for the Video DSP, securing and generating installments with high-level brands and holding companies, developing $3-5MM in new business. In 2016, they joined Digilant as VP of the MediaMath Reseller Demand Side Platform, focusing on full funnel and 1P, 3P data sources to manage global media buys across all channels. Lisa achieved an $8MM quota. From 2019 to 2021, Lisa held three roles. Lisa was a VP of Audience Solutions for 180byTwo a MeritB2B company, a Client Partner Global Accounts Walmart Connect/Walmart Media Group, and a Sr. Manager of the Retail Media Platform for Criteo. In 2021, Lisa joined Screenvision Media as Director of Sales for Retail & Commerce, developing sales and 1P data collection strategies for targeting, tracking and measuring audiences across all screens. Currently, Lisa is VP, Head of Agency Partnerships US for Pixis, a artificial intelligence tech startup, where they are involved in all aspects of the design and development of revenue, working directly with the founder to establish all agency practices, contracts, MSAs, pricing models, and lead complex negotiations.
Lisa Gordon received their Master of Science degree from Northwestern University in the field of MSC and their Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in Communication Speech Education with a Spanish Minor.
