Egle Blusiute is originally from Lithuania and has been working in customer service and sales for nearly a decade. Egle started their career as an account manager at TINGIS, a small company in their home country. After a year, they transitioned to a role as a research assistant in the HR department of Lietuvos paštas, AB, the national postal service of Lithuania.

In October 2014, Egle moved to the United Kingdom to work as a relationship manager at Lloyds Banking Group. After nearly four years with Lloyds, they left to join Drewberry - Pensions, Investments & Insurance as a protection adviser. Egle worked at Drewberry for three years before moving to their current role as customer success lead at Pixie, a position they have held since May 2021.

Egle Blusiute received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mykolas Romeris University.
