Valdemir Filho is an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in technical support and system analysis. Currently serving as an Analista de Sistema at Pixeon since January 2020, Valdemir specializes in troubleshooting and resolving errors in the Smart system suite, managing database configurations across various platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP, and providing support to large hospitals throughout Brazil. Previous experience includes a role as a Pleno Support Analyst at Hospital São Rafael from February 2013 to 2019, where Valdemir focused on user support, system configuration, and report development. Earlier, Valdemir gained technical support experience at Jornal A Tarde, dealing with internet provider support, email configuration, and network setups. Valdemir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Hélio Rocha.
