Pavel Melekhov has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Pavel began their career at Tumlare Corporation as a Software Developer, then moved into a Team Lead role, and eventually became the Head of Software Development Department. In 2008, they joined Billetkontoret A/S as General Manager of IT Rep. Office and Scrum Master. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Pixellu as a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master.

Pavel Melekhov holds an MS in Computer Science, System Analyst from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation, which they obtained between 1995 and 2001. Pavel also holds two certifications from Scrum.org, namely a Professional Scrum Master II - PSMII, which they obtained in January 2021, and a Professional Scrum Master I - PSMI, which they obtained in November 2020.
