Paul Abadilla is an accomplished Art Director at Pixar Animation Studios, with experience since June 2008, where contributions have included set design for notable films such as "Elemental" (2023), "Luca" (2021), and "Soul" (2020). Paul has extensive expertise in environment design, art direction for published media, and themed entertainment design for Disney. Additional experience includes being a featured speaker at SXSW 2019 and serving as a guest lecturer at San Jose State University. Paul has also worked as a lighting designer and illustrator on the Oscar-nominated short film "Borrowed Time" and taught workshops on lighting and color in film. Paul holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation/Illustration from San Jose State University, awarded in 2008.
