Emma Mattsson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sourcing across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Pix4D since February 2022, Emma previously worked at CERN as a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist, contributing to the talent acquisition efforts of the renowned research organization from January to December 2021. Emma volunteered as a Talent Acquisition Manager with United People Global, overseeing the entire recruitment process from November 2020 to February 2021. At K2 Partnering Solutions, Emma held roles as Recruitment Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing a team and focusing on IT recruitment from January 2013 to August 2019, and started the recruitment career at Swedavia AB in 2010. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Uppsala University and a certificate in English Language and Literature from Alpha Meridian Colleges.
