Sneha Vaidya has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sneha began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment Executive at JobNest Consultant Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for CV screening, conducting interviews, and maintaining a databank of clients and candidates. Sneha then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Antfort People Technologies pvt. ltd., where they focused on scrutinizing CVs, conducting interviews, and sourcing candidates. In 2009, Sneha joined Next Education India Pvt Ltd as an HR Executive, where their responsibilities included handling recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee databases. Sneha then moved to IIPM as a Sr. HR Executive, where they managed joining formalities, recruitment, and employee databases. In 2011, Sneha joined Resultrix as a Manager in Human Resources, where they were responsible for recruitment, preparing job descriptions, and posting requirements. Sneha later joined Publicis Groupe as a Manager in Human Resources, and their role primarily focused on HR management. Since 2016, Sneha has been working at PivotRoots, initially as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition & Engagement, then as a Lead in People & Culture, and currently as an Associate Director in People & Culture. In their current role, they oversee the development and implementation of HR plans and policies, the recruitment process, and the induction programs for new hires.

Sneha Vaidya completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce from Vivek College of Commerce in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their HSC from Saraf College in 2006. Sneha started their educational journey at Bangur Nagar Vidya Bhawan, where they completed their SSC between 1990 and 2004. Sneha later pursued a Master's in Human Resources Management and Services from Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they briefly attended National Academy for Counseling Psychology.
