Tom Hesse is an experienced consultant and leader in communications and government relations, currently serving as Operations and Research Consultant at Pivot Strategies since January 2018. Hesse also runs Tom Hesse Consulting LLC, specializing in policy analysis and research for various clients since 2013. Previously, Hesse held the position of Vice President of Government Affairs at the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce for nearly two decades, successfully lobbying on numerous fiscal and civil justice policies and directing legislative strategies. Hesse's education includes a BS in Math from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
