Barbara Daugherty is a seasoned professional in occupational health nursing and disability management with extensive experience spanning multiple roles since 2005. Currently serving as an Occupational Health Nurse at Onsite Innovations and at CHS Onsite, Barbara Daugherty has also held the position of Disability and Absence Manager at AstraZeneca, overseeing case management for leaves of absence and accommodations. Past roles include Workers Compensation Specialist at ATI Physical Therapy and Ergonomics and Occupational Health Nurse at Pro Physical Therapy. Barbara Daugherty is the current President of the Delaware Association of Occupational Health Nurses and is well-versed in ergonomics and public health.
