Gabriella Marsala is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles within the airline and HR sectors. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Pivot Airlines since February 2021, Gabriella has previously held positions including Director of People & Culture at Sunwing and Human Resources Manager at Central Mountain Air. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Air Georgian Limited, where responsibilities included both Director of Human Resources and Manager of Human Resources & Payroll. Gabriella also owned and operated Barcode Specialties and contributed to payroll management at Honeywell and OLG. Academic credentials include a Human Resources Management degree, an Employee Benefits Certificate, and a Law Clerk diploma, all from Humber College.
