Adam Nieting has a diverse range of work experience. Adam started their career in 2004 as an Assistant in Scouting for the San Francisco Giants. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the organization, including Coordinator of Scouting Administration, Manager of Operations, and Senior Manager of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw day-to-day operations, managed hotel and travel accommodations for organizational meetings and events, and acted as a project manager for proprietary applications. In 2020, Adam transitioned to work as a Consultant for PIVOT Agency before being promoted to Vice President of MLB Travel in July 2021. In their current role, they focus on building partnerships, optimizing revenue goals, and developing organizational strategies.

Adam Nieting started their education at the University of Northern Iowa in 1998, where they did not earn a degree and the field of study is unknown. Adam then attended Baylor University from 2000 to 2003, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in an undisclosed field of study. Later, in 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Masters degree in Sport Management at the University of San Francisco.
