Raquel Ludinich is an experienced IT Project Manager currently employed at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority since June 2019. Prior to this role, Raquel held various positions at ZAP Solutions, Inc. from May 2011 to June 2019, including Technical Analyst, Project Manager, and Marketing Analyst. Additionally, Raquel completed a Marketing Internship at the Western PA Humane Society in early 2011. Raquel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2011.
