Jason Felser has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jason started their career as a Computer Operator at Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority in June 2002 and then transitioned to the role of Client Application Developer II in July 2003. Jason held this position until March 2014 when they became an Information System Security Officer. In June 2018, Jason took on the role of SCADA Technician and later in March 2019, they were promoted to Senior Manager - Information Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology at Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, which they started in January 2020. Prior to joining Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Jason was the Manager of Web Development at DPI from July 1999 to April 2002.

Jason Felser attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Specialized Associate Degree in Computer Programming.
