Andrew Hicks has extensive experience in the water and utility management sector, currently serving as an RNI Data Analyst at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority since May 2018, following a role as a Clerical Specialist 2/Analyst from March 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included updating utility management systems and analyzing AMR data. Prior to this, Andrew served as an Account Executive, assisting customers in the Greater Pittsburgh area with water-related issues and scheduling service orders. Andrew's career began as a Recreation Assistant for the City of Pittsburgh Parks & Recreation from July 2010 to March 2013. Educational credentials include a diploma from Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School (2003-2007) and studies at Community College of Allegheny County (2007-2009).
