Nicole Lakovic has a diverse professional background that includes roles in membership services, hospitality, and community relations. Currently, Nicole serves as a Membership Services Representative and previously held the position of New Business Representative at the Pittsburgh Penguins since June 2021. Nicole has extensive experience in the food service industry, serving at Luciano's Italian Restaurant since December 2012. Additional roles include Stylist at Stitch Fix and various positions within Point Park University's Campus Activities Board, culminating in the Executive Director role. Nicole also has experience as a Community Relations Intern for the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation and as the Gene Kelly Awards Coordinator for Pittsburgh CLO. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Digital Strategy from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management from Point Park University.
