Michael Donadio serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the Pittsburgh Penguins since October 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles, including Associate General Counsel for the United Soccer League where guidance included corporate law, compliance, and player contract negotiations. Prior to that, Michael was an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP focusing on business law and sports organizations, after gaining foundational experience as a Summer Associate in the same firm. Earlier roles included a Judicial Intern position with Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice William P. Robinson III and a Law Clerk at Parisi, Coan & Saccocio. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Union College.
