Megan Herman, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor and owner of CAYA Counseling Services, LLC, based in the Blawnox/Fox Chapel area of Pittsburgh since January 2024. With an extensive background in community mental health, Megan has been a part of Mercy Behavioral Health since February 2011, serving in multiple roles including CTT Team Leader, Community Treatment Team Therapist, and CTT Employment Specialist. Prior to this, Megan worked at Best Buddies International from October 2005 to August 2010 in leadership positions such as Program Supervisor and Program Manager. Megan holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Allegheny College.
