James Folchick has a long and diverse work experience at Pitney Bowes Inc. James currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology Services, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this role, James had several other positions within Pitney Bowes, including IT Chief of Staff, Director of Enterprise Applications/Global Enterprise Service Delivery, Director of Information Management, Director of Business Applications, and Senior Project Manager for the Global ERP Implementation. In these roles, James contributed to the enhancement of decision-making processes, implemented cloud-based warehouses and reporting systems, drove operational efficiencies, and successfully implemented SAP globally for various functions.

James Folchick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University from 1989 to 1991. James later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, completing it from 1993 to 1996.
