Ally Davis is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of HR Business Partners at PitchBook Data since March 2018, Ally has held multiple HR-focused roles including Senior Manager and Senior HR Generalist. Previously, an HR Business Partner at Guidant Financial, Ally designed the annual Culture Summit, managed the review cycle, and implemented processes that reduced attrition rates by 15 percent. Prior HR experience includes work at ARCA, where Ally contributed to global talent development and compliance initiatives during international acquisitions, and at Nation Consulting LLC, focusing on communications and project management for various clients. Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Marquette University.
