Marina Racetin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Pitbull Energy Services since April 2022, where responsibilities include building and implementing HR systems and revamping recruitment strategies for field operations. Previously, Marina held the position of HR Generalist at the University of Calgary from December 2018 to April 2022, and served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ECL Group of Companies from August 2012 to September 2018. Earlier roles include HR Advisor at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from March 2010 to August 2012. Marina holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Red Deer Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in International Studies from the University of Alberta. Additionally, Marina has international academic experience at Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV) in 2010.
