Safaa Alrikabi is a Battery Management Systems Engineer at Piston Automotive since April 2023, previously serving as a High Voltage Systems Engineer at Ford Motor Company from August 2020 to April 2023. At Ford, Safaa Alrikabi contributed to the full lifecycle of high voltage system development, demonstrating strong leadership by mentoring team members to enhance project alignment and productivity. Safaa also participated in vehicle breadboard testing, collaborating with engineers from Ford and Tier 1 suppliers to create and assess automotive breadboards, including various control modules and sensors. Safaa holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management, expected in May 2025, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completed in December 2020.
