Orçun İrfan has worked in various roles since 2003. Orçun began their career as a Technical Customer Support Representative for Siemens, where they assisted 20,000 customers with their software, hardware and networking issues. Orçun then moved on to become an Organizational Development Specialist & Process Analyst, Training and Development Specialist, and Senior Performance & Talent Management Specialist at Siemens.
In 2013, Orçun İrfan took on the role of Talent Development Team Leader at Arcelik Group, where they were responsible for corporate learning & development processes and mentoring of the international sister companies. Orçun then became a Senior Human Resources Manager at Pimsa Otomotiv A.Ş., where they were in charge of 500 employees and had direct budget management responsibility.
In 2016, Orçun İrfan moved to Yarım Elma Koçluk, Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri as an Organizational Development, Learning, Talent Management Consultant, where they were responsible for tailor-cut customization and delivery of “any competency based” training. In 2019, they became the Senior Organizational Development & Training Manager at Yum! Brands, where they led a team of 8 and was responsible for major change management and culture conversion.
In 2021, Orçun İrfan became the Chief People Officer at Bentego and the Founder at EXCommunityTurkey. In their role at Bentego, they were responsible for creating amazing experiences for employees and designing, implementing and managing all HR processes, policies and infrastructure. At EXCommunityTurkey, their goal was to create awareness, competency and ownership in order to transform the Turkish workforce market.
Finally, in 2022, Orçun İrfan took on the role of Employee Experience Director at Pisano, where they partnered to create a platform that helps organizations create experiences that rock and let employees feel like celebrities.
Orçun İrfan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Hacettepe University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Orçun also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Bahcesehir University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. In addition, Orçun İrfan has obtained various certifications, including World Class Employer Branding from the Employer Branding Academy (2021), EX Crash Course from Jacob Morgan Inc.
