Lauren Harrell is a Graduate Trackside Performance Engineer at Pirelli since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a GR86 Racecar Build Engineer and Motorsport Data Engineer at Toyota New Zealand Limited, where Lauren executed hands-on modifications and managed onboard cameras for a racing series. Additional experience encompasses roles at Rhythm Japan as Retail Stock Operations Manager and pivotal contributions to the University of Auckland Snowsports Club, including establishing numerous sponsorships as Sponsors and Partnerships Manager. Lauren also served in various engineering positions, including Junior Mechanical Engineer at EnergyBank, contributing to prototype designs. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Design from The University of Auckland.
