Mayank Jain has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Mayank started their career in 2003 at ICICI Bank as a Mortgage Underwriter and later worked as an ACM. In 2007, they became the Mortgages Policy Manager. Mayank then joined ICICI Home Finance Company Limited in 2007 as the Head of Finance. In 2008, they moved to Standard Chartered Bank where they worked as the Regional Head before transitioning to the role of Mortgage Products. From 2015 to 2017, Mayank served as an Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank. Currently, they are the Head of Sales and Marketing at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, a position they have held since 2017.

Mayank Jain completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from the Government of Maharashtra Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics B Road Churchgate Mumbai 400 020 from 1996 to 1999. Mayank then pursued a chartered accountant degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1998 to 2001. Prior to these qualifications, they attended grasim vidya mandir from 1980 to 1993, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
