Theodora Panou has extensive experience in fraud management and customer service. Since joining Piraeus Bank in June 2016, Theodora has advanced through various roles in Retail Banking Fraud Management, starting as a Junior Fraud Analyst and progressing to Team Leader and currently serving as Supervisor. Prior to this, Theodora spent over five years at Vodafone in roles as Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Coordinator, and gained technical support experience at Forthnet Group as a Technical Support Agent from January 2009 to January 2010.
