Apostolos Chontas has extensive experience in the banking and travel industries, with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Senior Officer and Business Analyst at Piraeus Bank since July 2012, Apostolos specializes in core banking systems, central systems analysis, and peripheral applications. Previous roles include Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst at Piraeus Bank and a combination of customer service and business analysis at ATEbank. Prior to the banking sector, Apostolos gained valuable experience as a Travel Sales Consultant at PYRAMIS INTERNATIONAL and Manessis Travel, focusing on outbound tourism in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Apostolos holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management and Marketing from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Technological and Educational Institution of Athens.
