Claude Lavoie is an experienced IT operations professional with a diverse background in managing infrastructure and support teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager, IT Operations at PIPSC IPFPC since July 2018, Claude leads a team of 10 support staff to enhance customer service levels and operational best practices. Previous roles include Director of Service Operations at D+H, and Manager of Global Operations Command Centre at RBC, where leadership and support strategies for complex environments were established. With a foundational career at TD managing a 24x7 technical support team and earlier positions at HP, Lighthouse ASP, and Canadian Bank of Commerce, Claude brings extensive expertise in service delivery, network analysis, and strategic operational management. Claude earned a B.A. in Economics from McMaster University.
